Packet Counter
このソフトは、ネットワークのパケットを監視してその通信量を宛先ごとに集計します。また、通信量が設定値に達したらコマンドを実行する機能も備えています。
This software is to monitor a network packet and count to traffic size. And, if the traffic size reachs the specified value, execute the command.
主な機能 Major specification
・指定したネットワークインターフェースを通るIPパケットを監視して、パケットサイズ（通信量）を集計します。・IPv4のパケットを監視します。別途、WinPcapライブラリをインストールすると、IPv6のパケットも監視できるようになります。
・パケットの宛先やプロトコルごとに集計を分けることができます。
・通信量が設定値に達したらコマンドを実行するなどアクション機能があります。
* Monitoring IP packets through one network interface and calculating packet size.
* Monitoring IPv4 packets. If you install WinPcap library in your pc, it also can monitor IPv6 pakets.
* Counting the traffic size of each destination and each protocol in the packet.
* Executing the command when traffic size reached the specified value.

起動しない場合
●「msvcp100.dllが見つからなかったため、アプリケーションを開始できませんでした。～」と表示され起動できないときは、Visual C++ 2010 再頒布可能パッケージのインストールが必要です。マイクロソフトのページよりインストールしてください。
* You have to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package in your computer.
